    As part of the Tanzanian diaspora, Justa returned to her homeland after years in New York and rediscovered Tanzania through fresh eyes. Seeing her country from both an insider’s and a traveler’s perspective sparked a deeper curiosity about the stories, cultures, people, and everyday experiences that make Tanzania extraordinary.

    In 2015, she founded Curious on Tanzania to share that discovery with the world.

    Today, Justa and her team bring together deep local knowledge, trusted community relationships, and a storyteller’s perspective to create journeys that go beyond the expected.
