About the Happy Center Organization

Happy Center Tanzania is an after-school performing arts program for Tanzanian's youth in Ilala district. It is a safe heaven for underprivileged youth who come to explore their talents and potential outside of the classroom. Funds donated and from the raffle will go to help repair Happy Center's facility.

About the Artist

KokuGonza is a singer/songwriter and model residing in Brooklyn. She is the daughter of an immigrant from Tanzania; her father gave her sisters and her traditional Tanzanian names to keep the tradition of his village in Bukoba, Tanzania alive. Although she was born and raised in America, she still keep intact with Tanzanian customs. She loves to bike ride, dance, travel, and go to concerts when she's not working on music or modeling.
