      Meet Curious on Tanzania Founder

      · Discover

A Tanzanian-Brooklynite, storyteller and curious traveler on a mission to visit every corner of Tanzania. Leaving no stone unturned while sharing with her audience/ guests the beauty of her homeland has to offer.

Justa relocated to the USA as a teenager and began her first professional career in the healthcare industry. However, her love of her home country blossomed during a touristy-tour of her country with an uncle. It was at that moment that Justa decided she needed to find a way to share her culturally rich and beautiful with visitors from the USA.

Today, Justa splits her time equally between the US and Tanzania - spending six months in both places. In both places, she manages and operates what she calls an experiential travel company. Curious on Tanzania is dedicated to leading curious individuals and organizations on experiences driven by their curiosities and guided by passionate locals. While in New York, Justa hosts Experience Tanzania Fest every June but also smaller immersive in-person and virtual events bringing to live the Tanzanian culture for people who are curious to experience and learn more.

Justa and her now team of more than 30, have had the opportunity to host guests including the staff from TED GLOBAL, Nomadness Travel Tribe member, Georgetown University MBA Students, CEO's and various families on holiday trips.

Hear story live on this following podcasts.

Give this episode a listen to hear how Justa made the miraculous transition of careers and now has the luxury of splitting her time between NYC and Tanzania.
